Options Group Launches New Office in Mumbai, India

Options Group, a leading global executive search and strategic consulting firm, announces the opening of its Mumbai office to meet the growing demand for executive search and strategic intelligence consulting services globally. 

The Firm has recently been registered to operate as a financial services strategic consulting firm under the name “Options Group Strategic Consulting (India) Private Limited”.

Options Group’s Executive Director of Research, Darshan Maralanda, relocated to India from New York to lead the firm’s execution, research and administrative staff. Darshan heads Options Group Intelligence Unit (OGIU), the company’s research division and is responsible for market intelligence and strategic advisory initiatives for the company. Prior to moving back to the U.S., Darshan was one of the first hires for Options Group’s London office in 1999. “Options Group continues to expand its presence in emerging markets to meet this growing demand for real-time market intelligence globally,” says Options Group CEO Michael Karp. Options Group, which is headquartered in New York, also has offices in London, Hong Kong, Newport Beach, São Paulo, Dubai, Shanghai, Sydney and Tokyo. “The office will support our existing research group and continue to build and enhance support for all search consultants globally,” says Ike Suri, Co-COO of Options Group. “Research staff will be available on a real-time basis for consultants working in the Firm’s Americas, EMEA and Asia-Pacific offices.” The Firm has hired additional staff to handle execution and research responsibilities in Mumbai.
