About Neha Pherwani
Neha Pherwani leads the Investment Banking, Equities, Private Wealth and Asset Management practice for the firm. She has a decade of experience in Executive Search and has worked with several promoters and CEOs in hiring leadership talent.
Apart from leading several CXO searches, Neha was instrumental in large team buildouts across verticals for many new businesses. She has engaged with clients on all aspects of human capital, including designing organizational structures, compensation models and compensation benchmarking, and leadership assessments.
Prior to Options Group, Neha worked with Vito Altor for over 9 years and led various lines of businesses within Financial Services.
Her ability to understand business challenges and recommend solutions, combined with a strong assessment of talent, have made her the first port of call for several clients.
Outside of work, Neha loves to travel, is a weekend cyclist, and enjoys reading.
