About Shikha Khanna
Shikha Khanna is the Managing Director and Head of the Global Capability Centre (GCC) at Options Group, and sits on the firm’s Operating Committee. With over 20 years+ of experience, she is a recognized leader in building and scaling GCCs and delivering senior leadership and CXO hiring solutions across the offshoring ecosystem.
She brings deep domain expertise across Financial Services and Non-Financial Services GCCs, spanning Technology, Operations, Finance, Risk, Analytics, and Human Resources. Shikha has a strong track record in GCC build-outs, executive and leadership recruitment, stakeholder advisory, market intelligence, and service delivery excellence, enabling organizations to build future-ready leadership teams.
Previously, Shikha spent 9+ years with Mancer Consulting Services, where she led the growth and profitability of the Mumbai office with full P&L responsibility. She successfully delivered across BFSI, ITES, and Investment Banking verticals and partnered with IT, FMCG, and traditional industry practices to drive sustainable revenue growth.
Shikha holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources and Marketing from NDIM(2005) and a B.Com (Honours) from Delhi University (2003).
Outside of work, she has an interest in sports and is an avid traveller, with a passion for exploring new places and cultures.
